Complaint Closed 10th Nov 2009I did not have any response from the travel company when I contacted them myself. ComplaintCommunity enabled me to get a prompt efficent response with a successful outcome. The travel company agreed a suitable agreement for me to take the flights they had booked, but they did give me a small refund and they arranged private transfers from the airport. I was very happy with this outcome, and I would like to express my thanks to ComplaintCommunity

My complaint is about: Hayes & Jarvis Travel My thoughts about the situation: Quite bad, I'm Irritated Reason for posting: I've already complained to them and they haven't responded |

| I booked and paid for flights to Las Vegas direct from Manchester for my holiday at the end of the month (April 09). I paid for this up front and recieved confirmation. I was then told that my flights had been changed after payment had been made and I have indirect flights. This was never agreed and I have not been offered any compensation in return. | |||
