My complaint is about: NIA (National Indoor Arena) Birmingham
My thoughts about the situation: Shocking - Ready to Explode...

I was watching the Motown concert taking photos when security gaurd shouted at me to follow him, thinking there was something wrong I did. I was then told to hand in my camera as taking pictures wasnt aloud. I was flabergasted there was hundereds of people using cam corders and taking pictures. I refused to give it in, I was then told I would be thrown out of the concert. By this time I had missed the very group I had come to see. I demanded to see the manager she was just as ignorant as the security gaurd. I was too upset to continue watching the show. I had paid £41 for a ticket and had the evening ruined by a jumped up *censored*. I did give my camera in only to find that ONLY TWO PEOPLE had been victimised out of hundreds of people there. I am very very angry and disgusted at the way I was treated. I am 56 years old and had waited months to see that concert only to have my evening ruined. Not only do I want my money back I want to see that *censored* fired he isnt fit to be doing that job and neither was the "so called manager".

When i was at the NIA last december seeing a show,there were hundreds of people taking photos and recording around us and there were security guards standing extremely near not saying a thing .
