| A very similar thing happened with my Blackberry Curve. After a month of purchase the screen suddenly stopped working. The repair took more than a month and only after 5 weeks the same problem occurred. I Brought it in for repair again in October 09. It's the 4th of February now and they still couldn't locate my phone and won't give me a new one, coming up with different, lame excuses every time I speak to them! They promised to give me a new one more than a month ago, but it still hasn't happened, although I go to the store a couple of times a week. I was trying to be understanding in the very beginning, but am getting enraged that they treat customers like that and not take any responsibility for THEIR mistakes. I gave them my phone which was faulty (not damaged by me) and I don't think it's too much to ask to want it back after almost 4 months. If it was lost, I don't care who lost it, I want a new one, after all, I paid £349.99 for it, because I need to have constant access to my email due to work and am thus not at all happy with a replacement phone which I can only use for texting and calling! That being said, they only agreed to give me a replacement phone today, which is more than two months after MY phone was supposedly ready to collect from the store | |||
