we paid for return priority boarding on Easyjet flight 6453 Newcastle to Murcia 13.02.10 and flight 6454 Murci to Newcastle 20.02.10.

On both flights priority boarding was not carried out or offered. Each flight was delayed by about on and a half hours and immediately the gate number was announced passengers were simply ushered through the final exit gate onto the plane. The reason for booking priority boarding is because my wife has acute arthritis and is only able to walk very slowly. This is the second Easyjet flight where this has happened and on the first occasion our complaint to Easyjet went unanswered.
