My complaint is about: British Gas
My thoughts about the situation: Appalling - I'm Exasperated
Reason for posting: Well actually - I was unable to place my complaint!

British Gas van parked on school crossing where lollipop man operates, at school close time & refused to move when asked despite other parking areas available. Lollipop man was forced to cross the children around the van. Very cross!
When I rang British Gas I was passed from department to department and was unable to leave my complaint. Very poor.
