What happens once I have posted my complaint?
Good question! Three things happen.
Firstly - the complaint is assessed and verified by our system. This helps to protect our customers from the potential risk of negative feedback, and maybe even legal action. It also helps the organisation involved, as the complaint has received some level of review before they receive it. Sometimes, the system identifies where the complaint needs more information - you will then be contacted to sort this out.
Then - the complaint is sent by our secure system to our contact at the organisation involved. We have an enormous database of senior contacts, all of whom are fully committed to helping their customers with their complaints.
Finally - the ComplaintCommunity™ system then automatically reminds the organisation, at regular intervals, that the complaint is open and how to deal with the complaint. Organisations receive further support from our Customer Service team to manage the complaint.
All of the above is done without you as a customer even knowing it!
How do I join a GroupComplaint™?
Another good question! GroupComplaints allow customers to join together where they have a shared complaint about the same issue - whether its the same company, the same product, the same service - whatever.
We hope that you will find GroupComplaint™ simple to use;
- If you see a complaint on the ComplaintCommunity™
forums that happened to you - then click on the special logo under the
complaint

- A QuickComplaint™ page opens with all the details pre-filled for you - edit this now to show exactly what happened to you (for instance - was it the same date? same place? same company? and so on)
- You can then preview your QuickComplaint™ before you Post your Complaint as normal
You have now joined this GroupComplaint™ - it's that simple!
