2. A QuickComplaint™ page opens with all the details pre-filled for you - edit this now to show exactly what happened to you
3. You can then preview your QuickComplaint™ before you Post your Complaint as normal

You have now joined this GroupComplainty™ - it's that simple!

Then just manage your Complaint going forwards. You will be able to see who else is part of the GroupComplaint™, and communicate with them so that you can benefit from the experiences and support of ComplaintCommunity™.

Your Complainee will be notified as usual - and we give them the tools to manage the GroupComplaint™ together so everyone should get a fair deal!
